Pros

-From my experience, the people around me are like a family. We all root for each other and it's nice to have that genuine support on the hard days. -What I like about the position is that my paycheck is equal to my input. If I put in the work, it shows. -Growing in this company also seems to be easy for hard workers, Majority of the big head pieces were just recruiters at one point. -Your expectations may look different depending on the time of year but they are always apparent. -Fun perks; I.e. Braves game as a company, Company holiday party at Truist Park -Management puts in work to make things better for us. It can't be overnight of course but they are advocating for you and doing what they can.

Cons

No company is perfect. BlazerWorks has grown insanely in the last year or so and sometimes that can lead to moving around or things changing last minute. It is nothing really to harp on because it comes with the nature of the job. The brand is moving forward and the company is putting in the work to accommodate it's growth. -The mandatory training is mainly targeted for the other sister brands (which is not BlazerWorks fault) but BZW is very different is how it runs and functions and that is important to note. -You earn work from home days which is fine but this position is essentially onsite (CEO's preference)

Pros

Great management, coworkers, money is good, decent work life balance for the industry

Cons

There is a cap on how much one can reasonably make solely in fulfillment, it’s a decent cap but you’re not going to be a millionaire
