Very bad communication and no feedback when told I was to stop working. I was never given any reason why after I was promised that all would be explained to me. My teacher I worked under had no idea why i was being let go and had begun to give me more responsibilities. The school district had no information as to me being let go and all of their records indicated that I was still employed.
