Pros

- Always looking for new folks to hire. - Competitive pay.

Cons

- Little to no yearly bonus. Max $5,000 but is often lowered as they use a ranking system (more senior folks get the full amount). - Credentials are often embellished when they are getting consultants assigned to clients. They sold to the clients that I was knowledgeable about a specific email technology they used when that wasn't the case (and they knew that as I brought it up internally multiple times). Needless to say the client noticed quickly about the "bait and switch" and requested someone with more experience there. - Little guidance from immediate leadership. 1 on 1's cancelled 4 out of 5 weeks. - Medical benefits okay at best.
