Pros

Perks like lunch every day, social events, start up environment, snacks etc

Cons

-unpaid holidays, -only 5 days vacation -only 5 sick days -unmanageable queue -Poor communication to CX team on product changes -poor decisions made by the executive team that does not seem to care about how it will impact CX. I can’t speak for the rest of the company but I’m sure it’s the same with them as well.

Pros

- Smart, likeable founders - New advisor that used to report to Bezos - Trump Jr. on the board (forget the Politics, this can't hurt).

Cons

- healthcare deals take forever to close. - no in-person get togethers.
