Pros

• Great Snacks • Very good lunches • Flexible Schedules • Pure mission

Cons

• Very low pay (although I'm told this has been corrected in the past few months) • No ability to negotiate salary or a raise • No communication between product and the Cx Department • No PTO/ only given paid sick time after New York City made it a law in early 2017 • No career progression - the company seems content with a very high turnover rate My one caveat here is that I last worked at Blink in 2017, and I understand some things may have changed. Regardless I do not recommend working at a company that treats its employees in such an expendable way.

- Smart, likeable founders - New advisor that used to report to Bezos - Trump Jr. on the board (forget the Politics, this can't hurt).

Cons

- healthcare deals take forever to close. - no in-person get togethers.
