Good place to learn and grow, if you are looking to improve your skills and pick up new ones from peers and leaders. Plenty of opportunities to show individual leadership as well. Company and team culture significantly improving. This is definitely a company with long-term vision.
Cons
Extremely high accountability now for deliverables and timelines than before with individuals and teams having clear product/process ownership. This place will not be a fit if you’re looking for an easy sailing role.
