      Leadership is doing a good job at listening to employee’s questions and concerns. They gave us more clarity on financials as we track towards hitting profitability by this summer.

      Cons

      Not sure when we’ll be heading back to the office or if there will be some hybrid remote model.

      - Smart, likeable founders - New advisor that used to report to Bezos - Trump Jr. on the board (forget the Politics, this can't hurt).

      Cons

      - healthcare deals take forever to close. - no in-person get togethers.

      Pros

      Free snacks and working at night you have alot of free time.

      Cons

      Micromanaging, terrible managment, no work from home even though the job is 100% able to be done from home, high standards, favoritism.
