      - Transparency improved at the Engineering All Hands - In the past our opinions didn't count and this has gotten better lately - The company has put a lot of focus on defining goals that support the mission - Experienced and involved head of tech - Most coworkers are great and collaborate to get things done

      - Smart, likeable founders - New advisor that used to report to Bezos - Trump Jr. on the board (forget the Politics, this can't hurt).

      Cons

      - healthcare deals take forever to close. - no in-person get togethers.

      Free snacks and working at night you have alot of free time.

      Cons

      Micromanaging, terrible managment, no work from home even though the job is 100% able to be done from home, high standards, favoritism.
