      Pros

      New leadership team and better culture than what we have seen before. Less interference from founders is why this place got so much better My team VP (data) is really good, the EVP is very strong and COO is well respected and new CTO has won over engineers in a very short time. Lots of growth

      Cons

      Business model changes, founders who be others all the time for failures and cofounder who never answers email but alway calls others stupid

      - Smart, likeable founders - New advisor that used to report to Bezos - Trump Jr. on the board (forget the Politics, this can't hurt).

      Cons

      - healthcare deals take forever to close. - no in-person get togethers.

      Free snacks and working at night you have alot of free time.

      Cons

      Micromanaging, terrible managment, no work from home even though the job is 100% able to be done from home, high standards, favoritism.
