Pros
Latest tech stack. A new COO joining made company goals a bit more transparent to regular employees than were before. Many employee engagement activities were hosted throughout Covid. The company is trying to bridge the diversity gap that exists here right now. Recently investing a lot of time in Gallup surveys and actionable items. The customers are the happiest to be using Blink, it helps to know I am making a difference. The company is definitely headed in the right direction, with the ability to align perfectly with the changes in the drug industry.
Cons
Senior leadership changing often is not a good morale booster. Staff attrition is pretty high, company doesn’t seem to have a plan to retain good employees or SLT. No way to cash in pre-covid perks like employee free lunches, gym discounts etc. No 401k match Layoffs during Covid were very messy.
