Pros
After seeing what our new COO & CTO have implemented process wise, I’m bullish on our growth. Healthcare is a critical industry at the moment and it seems we’re in a good position.
Cons
- Better understanding of the value of our equity. I’d like to learn why we’re at the current preferred price. Give us more than just general equity knowledge. - Better external company PR & Marketing - More opportunities to hear positive CX calls and/or written customer experiences. - Clarity on our Remote Policy after the world is “back to normal.”
