      I’ve been here for almost a year and am happy. Small teams with a lot of project ownership !

      Cons

      You have to feel comfortable with just figuring stuff out sometimes. Wouldn’t recommend for people who do better in larger companies.

      - Smart, likeable founders - New advisor that used to report to Bezos - Trump Jr. on the board (forget the Politics, this can't hurt).

      Cons

      - healthcare deals take forever to close. - no in-person get togethers.

      Pros

      Free snacks and working at night you have alot of free time.

      Cons

      Micromanaging, terrible managment, no work from home even though the job is 100% able to be done from home, high standards, favoritism.
