      Pros

      The mission. Most people are here for the mission. Fairly good pay and benefits as well.

      Cons

      Random "forced exits" seem to be continuing, at least in product and engineering. Seems to be those that speak out, in a good way with good intention, about current leadership decisions - or lack of decision. You'll hardly find anyone with more the 2 years of tenure at a company that's be around 7+ years.

      - Smart, likeable founders - New advisor that used to report to Bezos - Trump Jr. on the board (forget the Politics, this can't hurt).

      Cons

      - healthcare deals take forever to close. - no in-person get togethers.

      Pros

      Free snacks and working at night you have alot of free time.

      Cons

      Micromanaging, terrible managment, no work from home even though the job is 100% able to be done from home, high standards, favoritism.
