      Pros

      The employees (including leadership) at Blink really believe in the mission. They are passionate, hard working, support each other, and are extremely positive. New focus on learning and development to really develop talent from within. The company is very fast paced so I don't get bored. Generous vacation policy and people are allowed to use it. Free insurance plans available.

      Cons

      Still a startup so everything changes very quickly. If you are not flexible/dynamic, this may not be the place for you. No bonus or 401k matches at this time so benefits could improve.

      - Smart, likeable founders - New advisor that used to report to Bezos - Trump Jr. on the board (forget the Politics, this can't hurt).

      Cons

      - healthcare deals take forever to close. - no in-person get togethers.

      Pros

      Free snacks and working at night you have alot of free time.

      Cons

      Micromanaging, terrible managment, no work from home even though the job is 100% able to be done from home, high standards, favoritism.
