      Love the enthusiasm about making things better for legacy driven Pharma world. Smart people, diverse, focused and extremely supportive.

      Too early to comment. Either ways, for me as long as it is good work life balance and great career growth, it should be all good.

      - Smart, likeable founders - New advisor that used to report to Bezos - Trump Jr. on the board (forget the Politics, this can't hurt).

      Cons

      - healthcare deals take forever to close. - no in-person get togethers.

      Free snacks and working at night you have alot of free time.

      Cons

      Micromanaging, terrible managment, no work from home even though the job is 100% able to be done from home, high standards, favoritism.
