Pros
Cultural Hiring is Good. We hire good team members first and foremost. The challenges are motivating. There is a sense that everyone is making an impact. Praise is given liberally and my experience is most people genuinely want everyone to succeed. Working with a lot of smart and talented people. The growth of the business and general trajectory are contagiously positive. The mission is great! Disruption in a major way. We are making more of a difference every day.
Cons
Not for everyone. Lack of direction should mean freedom to improve. This is not a route environment, the people that succeed the most here will have little ego, ask for help when they need it and want their team and other people to win!
