A strong staff with an abundance of knowledge and backgrounds. The CEOs frequently visit the other offices and check in with the employees. Their motto is “people first” and they really show that they care of their employees
Cons
Blink is a startup. There are bugs and glitches in the system. Sometimes it’s chaotic with classes of new hires, and scheduling changes, but that’s to be expected with a rapidly growing company
