Pros
Generally Monday through Friday with the ask of a Saturday every month or so, relatively good starting pay, lunch provided every day, benefits start on day one.
Cons
WAY TOO SHORT of a training program. If you are experienced in medical call center and think you may be a natural in pharmacy work, you may or may not be right. I had four years of inbound medical call center experience, and I have found pharmacy to be a whole new world, and the short training period didn't help.
