Meaning that they are OK with the work environment being toxic, so long as the impact is contained to staff. - Constant lies and gaslighting meant to string you along as long as possible. - Most of the people in the company that stick around are either inner circle people, desperate people, and people who thrive in toxic environments. - Don't be fooled by the shiny, happy, interview process. You will just be another cog in the capital farming machine and you will know disappointment. - For those of us interviewing you, we know we will get fired if we suggest anything but shiny happiness to you and it makes it back to leadership.
