      Pros

      free food is the only good thing about this place.

      Cons

      where do I begin. People getting let go left and right. Horrible upper management that doesn't give a damn about you and your goals . Forced to come into the office despite high covid rates. Upper HR is a joke . you are expected to also be smiling and when you aren't you're deemed as un friendly toxic co workers and staff only people that suck up get noticed and rewarded.

      - Smart, likeable founders - New advisor that used to report to Bezos - Trump Jr. on the board (forget the Politics, this can't hurt).

      Cons

      - healthcare deals take forever to close. - no in-person get togethers.

      Free snacks and working at night you have alot of free time.

      Cons

      Micromanaging, terrible managment, no work from home even though the job is 100% able to be done from home, high standards, favoritism.
