      Lunch three days a week

      We went from having a full staff of about 32 people to about 14! Tons of layoffs without warning, awful upper management, we’ve had 7 people resign in just 3 months. The people at the bottom will stay at the bottom, they only look at you as a number and not an employee. Money hungry but aren’t will to pay employees what they are worth/ deserve. I do not recommend this place to anyone. It’s a sinking ship!

      - Smart, likeable founders - New advisor that used to report to Bezos - Trump Jr. on the board (forget the Politics, this can't hurt).

      Cons

      - healthcare deals take forever to close. - no in-person get togethers.

      Free snacks and working at night you have alot of free time.

      Cons

      Micromanaging, terrible managment, no work from home even though the job is 100% able to be done from home, high standards, favoritism.
