Pros
Get to help people get their medication.
Cons
Poor Communication: Almost my entire starting class was terminated because of poor communication regarding attendance policy. If you are sick you get points added against you, so instead people come to work to avoid being fired and get everyone else sick who then either stays home and gets points added against them or they come into work and the cycle continues. For a place that especially deals with health and wellness that doesn't seem like a good image. The system to order medication was flawed. Oftentimes patients would call to ask where their order was and it was just sitting in a paused state. There was no explanation for this that anyone could provide we could just put in a ticket and hope someone eventually sees it. Unless patients receive a cash assistance price for a medication there is really no point in using Blink Health since their process takes longer than the local pharmacy takes. Patients would sign up for auto refill so they can have their medication on time and it was a 50/50 if it would work. No communication to the patients regarding their status of their prescriptions either. As an employee everything was fine until you find out there are points being deducted against you for being late or absent. I have dealt with the point system in my past jobs so I am no stranger to it, however Blink Health seems to have an issue with communicating some of the most basic of information with their employees. I saw good people and exceptional workers with great experience be terminated simply because the points system wasn't properly explained.
