      Pros

      Most coworkers are pleasant, and there is a genuine sense of teamwork among my team.

      Cons

      Workload has more than tripled in recent months, and we receive inadequate support from management. Expectations continue to increase, and as the company grows, the management culture is becoming more punitive and regulating. Work-life balance does not meet my expectations: when overtime is asked of you, it's almost taken for granted that you will accept.

      - Smart, likeable founders - New advisor that used to report to Bezos - Trump Jr. on the board (forget the Politics, this can't hurt).

      Cons

      - healthcare deals take forever to close. - no in-person get togethers.

      Free snacks and working at night you have alot of free time.

      Cons

      Micromanaging, terrible managment, no work from home even though the job is 100% able to be done from home, high standards, favoritism.
