Pros
-Above market range pay -Remote work
Cons
-To the glass door reviewers who this gets flagged to by the Blink HR team who monitor these sites, please reach out. I have copious evidence to back up every claim I am making here, and I am happy to share it. Please don't enable this awful organization. This is not simple disgruntled lashing out. These are facts and are to serve as a warning to prospects that you DO NOT want to work for this company. Don't believe the sugary sweet onboarding. This company eats people. -Ethically and morally flexible/compromised leadership -The most toxic place I have ever worked -The most duplicitous, Machiavellian HR department I've ever even heard of -Employee surveillance software, even of salaried employees -Massive whitewashing campaign of the company online, including this site -Extremely poor treatment of employees career paths and skill sets. Extremely high expectations and no real training opportunities outside of Udemy courses. There will be an expectation you will do any work leadership asks even work that is inappropriate to your field. -A culture of structured dismissal and managing out squeaky wheels -Retaliation disguised in various ways to get around legal repercussions -That above market salary is specifically designed to keep you quiet and compliant. And you will be expected to earn that extra money, and then some, in various ways that will degrade and demoralize you -The highest turnover in a company that I have seen in a fairly long career in tech, and with good reason -All in all the most malicious, tyrannical, and snake infested place I have ever worked. Looking back, I can barely imagine how I lasted nearly 2 years there. The people I left behind are generally either people who thrive in toxic environments or economic hostages
