      1. They don't care about their employees. 2. No work-life balance. Expect to work long hours, sometimes even weekends. 3. No unlimited PTO. 4. No 401k Matching. 5. Hiring process is hacked. 6. Incompetent management, they don't care about their employees and their career growth. 7. Horrible severance. 8. Toxic culture not because of the employees but because poor leadership and management

      - Smart, likeable founders - New advisor that used to report to Bezos - Trump Jr. on the board (forget the Politics, this can't hurt).

      - healthcare deals take forever to close. - no in-person get togethers.

      Free snacks and working at night you have alot of free time.

      Cons

      Micromanaging, terrible managment, no work from home even though the job is 100% able to be done from home, high standards, favoritism.
