Pros

Blip has some amazing benefits not only monetary but also inside the office. At Blip you can enjoy second home spirit with a full equipped kitchen, a nap room, a playground and lots of amusements and still keep up with a challenging work everyday.

Cons

Too many management layers with no added value, specially middle management. Self-assertion is wrongly perceived as leadership capabilities which creates a gap between management and technology teams.

Pros

Great company to growth technically. Had the luck to work on green field projects using java 21, Apache Flink, Spring boot, Kafka. Great colleagues with excellent technical background.

Cons

The bonus is not guaranteed, usually is 20% of the base pay. Teams constantly under restructures. Gambling company, so be aware of the moral implications on yourself. Most of the in house tech is on prem with outdated technologies. If you have to maintain anything outside AWS you have to learn an outdated and irrelevant technology.
