Great culture mindset, work-life balance is incredible, the flexibility which is given is fantastic. Cool benefits and perks, well located.

Cons

Lacks a comprehensive career framework (each project or brand does it differently). Compared to its competitors, career progression is slow (from Junior to Mid: around 2 to 3 years: from Mid to Senior: at least 6 years)... unless you are in a project that is flashy and takes visibility. Benefits package has worsened by a lot (bonus cut, salary increase is minimal to almost non-existing).

Great company to growth technically. Had the luck to work on green field projects using java 21, Apache Flink, Spring boot, Kafka. Great colleagues with excellent technical background.

Cons

The bonus is not guaranteed, usually is 20% of the base pay. Teams constantly under restructures. Gambling company, so be aware of the moral implications on yourself. Most of the in house tech is on prem with outdated technologies. If you have to maintain anything outside AWS you have to learn an outdated and irrelevant technology.
