Hi, we appreciate you taking the time to make a review of our company. However, we at block by block do offer a range of benefits from health insurance, PTO, vision insurance and sick leave. If you were not made aware of these benefits when you were hired you should check with your operations manager to make sure that you are enrolled in whatever program you feel you need.
