Pros

Meetings people. Outside getting sunshine. Greeting the regulars and calling everyone by their names. Meaning I'm developing a relationship with them. People love when you remember their names. Also their pets as well. Seeing all the smiling faces is awesome. Just knowing you helped someone and their happy. Is a reward within it's self. We are like a family here. THESE THINGS DOESN'T JUST APPLY TO THE RESIDENTS AND BUSINESS OWNERS IT APPLIES FOR THE HOMELESS AS WELL. 💜

Cons

The weather can very harsh sometime. Especially the HEAT!!. And the wind. And the point system be a kicker also.
