Pros

Block By Block surprised me with the amount of effort and detail goes into all forms of training for all Ambassadors, Team Leads, and Managers. Training and safety for team members is a high priority which automatically elevates the level of respect I have for BBB. They have multiple levels of support for operations so that you have someone to reach out to when needed. Each program in each city is very different with the amount of work they have but I'm so glad that Downtowns and Cities have Ambassadors - it would be a dark place without them.
