Pros

It's good if you like getting paid every week, you work independently, and you build connections with business during greetings.,you meet really nice people. Company has a very nice and humble operations manager hands down but gets bullied by the people above him sadly.

Cons

As a recent former employee I can say alot but I will keep it brief; the 2nd shift, and night shift team leaders are dirty as they come I don't know how they are still there, they try they best to get you fired for no reason, they don't like you if you don't say yes to them, they will literally slander and put your name into something to get you a right up, the pay ain't worth the job and struggle, you get points for anything, benefits suck so bad especially they 401k is a complete joke don't do it, you don't get PTO, Sick time u only get a yearly week off with pay from the day u started, it's impossible to move up, the people over the company are sneaky racist, there's no care for the employees, they add more work for the same amount of pay, they are a nun profit so any thing they say goes, this place has a extremely high turnover rate, theres no protection from dealing with homeless people you can't even carry mace, you get blamed for everything especially if you deal with 2nd shift team lead, it's a struggle to get employee of the month, they started a system to take away 30 minutes out your check for lunch and it adds up to a crap check, they only care about money and don't care about the employees, just don't work there until they have a brand new person over it in all or just shut it down period.
