Pros

If you've had a brush with the legal system and have found it hard to find a job, Block by Block offers employment opportunities for people who need a second chance. Or, if you need to find your first job out of high school until you decide what you want to do, this is a good place to start. Helping keep downtown areas clean, helping tourists find their locations, walking around to ensure people are safe, or working with the homeless - are just some of the different types of jobs they offer with good starting pay, benefits, bonuses, free uniforms and other perks. A lot of promotion opportunities too.

Cons

You have to love working outside in all weather, love talking to people, and like walking A LOT.
