Pros

As for me, as the general manager of the account. All I ask for my staff is to be respectful, helpful and visible out in the boulevard. visitors come to spend money here and we strive to provided a safe and clean environment for them. -Consistent weekly pay -Constant work -Easy money -Get paid to meet and greet strangers -Be helpful -Daily workout- we roughly walk about 3-5 miles per day -Time flies when you're busy, which is always -Every day is different - we have daily briefing before and at the end of shift -Great team with a positive attitude -after one year you get your Birthday off- PAID!!! - Discounts - Full time positions only!

Cons

-The operations Managers are easy to work for, except when you break company policies. -no parking available as of now- BUT we will be moving to another location in which we will be offering parking for the team. -Being on you feet or riding a bicycle if your a Safety ambassador, 8 hours a day - Strict company policy -especially for attendance in which most employees fail to be on time. -Being late 16 times will get you terminated, so dont be surpised! - If talking to strangers is not for you this job will be hell. (just being honest) - If you can't follow company policy or procedures you will get terminated ASAP!
