Pros

Working for Block by Block has been brought unforeseen rewards in my personal life. I have been employed nearly 6 years and have been involved in many aspects of the company, from Hospitality, Maintenance and now Outreach for the Unhoused community. I have seen people in our area turn their lives around with the resources and time Block by Block has provided. I am not only making a living I am helping people be able to live too.

Cons

Not always able to have access to things we need for our Outreach Team to grow.
