Pros

The pro's are that you work pretty much on your own.

Cons

Benefits are terrible, health care is poor and costs alot, they buy you a taco or an ice cream once or twice a year and hope you forget that the benefits completely suck. They just won't pony up and take care of their people. They favor the good ol' boys and they get the good jobs and the good salaries, but if you just "work here" forget it. You will see this is for real.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I think you may have Block By Block confused with another company as we do not have any accounts in Alaska. From the top down, the key to our business is our commitment to not only customer service, but to our Ambassadors. We strive to provide an environment where everyone feels they’re valued, treated fairly and respected.
