Favortism, arrogance and lack of professionalism. Indian and Navy people preferred and pampered. - High Level Engineer Bloom Energy Employee Review

Pros

The company has grown to a place where the product is great, and so are the people that have built the product. The management is terrible.

Cons

This company is ALL about poliitcal cast system, just like in India. It is an indian company in the US, not a culturally balanced American company at all. Only Tamil people are recognized and there is no company loyalty to long term employees. Your only answer is yes, no room for discussion to all topics, despite how illogical some can be. Complete management with negative reinforcement, no positive reinforcement or coaching or development of team members from the managers. Not enough resources or money to get your job done properly. Discrimination is visible with the Indian cultures and also females.

Pros

A mature start up feel. No two days are the same, lots of interesting projects to work on and given the opportunity to have an impact The people are a highlight. Teams are collaborative, driven, and full of smart individuals who are genuinely invested in what they’re building. There’s a strong sense of ownership, and you’re given the opportunity to contribute in a meaningful way regardless of level.

Cons

There really are not any major cons so far. It is 5 days in office. And whilst I am local and enjoy coming in a little flexibility would be nice. That said there's a great gym, good restaurant and free EV charging so I like being here!
