      Strict policy to work 4 days/week at the office May get low bonus even when did a good job (around 5% or less) Career progression can be slow as the company is a flat hierarchy Plenty of career opportunities but hard to move to some roles i.e. product manager, software engineer, team leader

      Decent pay and amazing benefits. Great company to start a career with. Opportunities to stay long term if on a good team.

      Cons

      Very bureaucratic, very strict company culture and can be stagnant with opportunities to grow.
