      Pays well, Good work-life balance, Fast-paced work, everyone gets a lot of responsibility, the ability to quickly see the impact of your work

      Cons

      legacy software, tougher to look for a job elsewhere once you quit due to the extremely proprietary nature of technologies used, some very smart people, but a lot of people who have been writing GUI code in fortran too
