      good breakfast, fruits, vegetables, snacks. decent pay compared to other financial firms in NYC. nothing else i cud think of

      Cons

      poor work culture. trade desk type of work environment doesnt seem to help many ppl. new ppl can easily get lost

      Decent pay and amazing benefits. Great company to start a career with. Opportunities to stay long term if on a good team.

      Cons

      Very bureaucratic, very strict company culture and can be stagnant with opportunities to grow.
