Pros
Smart, supportive coworkers who generally want you to succeed. Solid training and resources, especially if you’re motivated and coachable. Recognizable brand and products that make it easier to start conversations with prospects and clients. Clear performance metrics and expectations (you’ll always know where you stand). Good internal mobility if you consistently deliver.
Cons
“Hybrid” in practice feels mostly office-forward. The policy is technically one work-from-home day per week, but if you have a doctor’s appointment or there’s a holiday during the week, it counts as your WFH day. That’s frustrating and comes across as unnecessarily rigid. The way the policy is enforced can feel more focused on compliance than outcomes. For roles that require deep focus (research, writing, prospecting prep, admin), being in-office by default can be less efficient than a true hybrid model. The inconsistency of exceptions makes it harder to plan your week and doesn’t build trust.
