Pros
Recruiters and management are excellent at communicating throughout the recruitment/interview process and provide great support to their employees regardless if you are working directly for Blu Omega or if you are on a contract assignment.
Cons
If you are working on a contract for another company, you may not interact very frequently with coworkers and management at Blu Omega, but they're good about checking in and are quick to respond if you need something.
