Cool projects, great engineers, good resources.
Cons
Top heavy leadership. Small projects loaded with directors and senior systems engineers, and architects without design engineers. Unclear direction and poor leadership skills. Lay-off or fire low performers instead of committing to training and developing people. Jeff has big pocket books for some projects and others don't see a lick of it. Some business units forced to be profitable most are not.
