Exciting work and projects (if you can ignore the cons). Lots of smart people. Dogs come to work. Snacks.
Cons
The life has left this place. It’s depressinng to work here and the leaders that have come on board since Rob Meyerson have created a culture and environment that might look great from the outside and from the words they say but the reality is not good. At all. Company doesn’t care about it’s employees, so many manager egos to please that’s all you end up doing instead of actually making progress with the hardware.
