Toxic "leadership" - Technical Trainer Blue Origin Employee Review

Standard corporate aerospace "leadership". THey hire followers and "yes men" who get away with literally doing nothing but collecting paychecks. They don't engage their teams, they don't make decisions, and they aren't held accountable because they are friends. I experienced multiple breaches of confidence by having private emails forward directly to the problem leader. That leader would then come into work, obviously very angry that they've been called out, and instead of trying to be better or understand why people are complaining would make excuses for themselves.
