Pros
I have found a company that I'm truly excited to come to work for every day! The company is founded on a mission that is something we are very passionate about. Our motto and leadership principles help develop our desire to reach common goals and set the bar high, making us all better employees. I love the people I work with. This is the first time I can truly say everyone cares about my contribution, development and progress. I am supported by my peers and manager. The HR team members are valued partners and we are continually driving to provide support, development and tools to ensure all employees are successful. Being apart of history making and the dream of working and living in space a reality for future generations is an awesome feeling.
Cons
Not sure if this is really a con, but the only thing that we are faced with and are working through is our rapid growth. We are taking the challenge in stride and are mindful of how our culture is changing and adapting.
