Great place to work as the college is nicely ingrained within the Martinsburg community and gives back to assist citizens and employers of the region to continue to evolve and integrate modern practices.
Cons
Since the school is considered very young compared to its competitors in neighboring states, there are still many areas of disorganization and working within silos amongst departments.
