Pros
You completely run your own desk at Blue Signal, you are offered as much independence or assistance as you need. Starting out they are there to help you every step of the way, and as you become more comfortable you have all the autonomy in the world to run your day as you see fit. They have an outstanding marketing team that I have not seen any recruiting firm be able to compete with yet. It is a very collaborative environment with a great company culture from the top down. They are constantly evolving and growing, always open to hearing ideas on how to be better. I could not recommend Blue Signal enough to experienced recruiters or even people just starting out in the industry.
