Pros
Stating my job title would no longer make me 'anonymous'. Let's just say I work in the Corporate Office located in Lawrence, KS. Pros: People you work with, some schedule flexibility. Okay health insurance if just for you but need family insurance and it's crazy expensive.
Cons
Compensation is not up to industry standards, very little paid time off given, bonus opportunities for dispatchers and the sales team are a joke compared to the field techs, requires working 365/days a year but only two paid holidays. (Which means we work New Years, Memorial Day, Labor Day and Thanksgiving, plus all the other smaller holidays without additional compensation, only 4th of July and Christmas are paid). No room for advancement within corporate office.
