Pros
When you work at Blue Sky they provide you with everything you need to do the job. This is a great job for someone in their late teens to early 20's so they can get experience in the low voltage trade. You get a company vehicle, great benefits, and a chance to learn a lot of skills. Managers, and higher ups actually do care about you as a person, and they do understand that this is a HARD job. You will receive help from co workers, managers, and co workers to help you do better at your job. Blue Sky is great.
Cons
Dish network. They need to not be an RSP for dish network. Dish network is a dying company and Dish treats blue sky, and their customers terribly. I would have stayed with blue sky if they had other opportunities outside of Dish work.
