Lack of appreciation - Dispatcher Blue Sky Smart Solutions Employee Review

Their lack of appreciation showed often, especially at evaluation/raise time. After working there for over 10 years and barely gaining $2 more an hour than started with I gave my 2 week notice but they only let me finish 1 of those 2 weeks weeks & told me to go ahead and leave. Didn't even get to say goodbye to most of the people that I had worked with.
